Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a compassionate Complex Needs Support Worker to assist pupils aged 3-19 in Consett, Durham. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support in nurturing class settings, helping with personal care, emotional regulation, and communication strategies.

You'll collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver consistent, person-centred care and use creative approaches to engage learners. A calm, empathetic approach and safeguarding commitment are essential.
