Job summary

St John Fisher Catholic Academy is seeking a Data Administrator on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2027. The role is 30 hours per week, term time only plus 5 additional days, with a salary in the NJC Grade B3 band (£27,274 - £29,070 per annum) or actual salary £18,978 - £20,228 per annum.

You will support the management and analysis of school data and assist with related documents, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with databases and data management systems.
• The ability to produce accurate reports from large datasets while managing multiple deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• A high standard of education including Maths and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Leaders with management and analysis of assessment, pastoral and inclusion data.
• Maintain related documents and the use of relevant data management programmes; training on specific systems will be provided.
