Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in residential care of children within the last 5 years.
• At least 2 years in a residential care role and 1 year supervising staff.
• Committed to safeguarding, equality and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships between children and staff.
• Lead recruitment, induction, supervision, training and development.
• Deputise for the Service Delivery Manager as required.
• Ensure adherence to policies, risk assessments and care planning.
• Manage budgets and financial management.
