Leicestershire County Council is offering a temporary Quality and Contracts Officer role on a 12-month secondment basis. Based at County Hall, Leicester, the post focuses on monitoring providers, improving practice and ensuring contractual compliance across adult social care services.

You will work with the Quality and Contracts team to drive quality improvements, manage relationships with partners, and support providers to meet contractual terms while delivering positive outcomes for people and

Formación

• NVQ Level 4 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent level of relevant experience.
• Experience and knowledge of providing social care or health services.
• Experience of preparing written and financial reports.
• Understanding of risk management at an operational level.
• Ability to recognise good performance and address poor performance collaboratively using the providers knowledge and expertise to develop an outcome based solution.
• Experience of successfully managing relationships with internal/external customers and partners.
• Self-motivation and the ability to meet demanding timescales and work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring of service providers and contractual arrangements to address issues of performance and compliance
• Effectively supporting providers of adult social care services to improve practice and performance
• Proactively supporting providers to meet objectives improving the quality of services
• Ensuring positive outcomes for people and carers are achieved by supporting commissioned service providers to adhere to contractual terms and conditions.
