Job summary

Softcat is seeking an Microsoft Internal to support the Public Sector Microsoft licensing team in the UK. You will assist licensing specialists with basic customer requests, help prepare quotes, and ensure accurate contract orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist Public Sector Microsoft specialists with basic customer requests and enquiries.
• Support creation of quotes and cost models.
• Work with licensing purchasers to ensure adherence to the clean order process for contract orders.
• Run periodic reports to provide visibility of licenses, consumption, and billing.
• Create standardised customer-facing templates.
