Job summary

Softcat plc is hiring for a Microsoft Internal to support the Public Sector Microsoft team and assist licensing specialists and account managers. The role focuses on quotes, cost modelling and ensuring clear, compliant ordering processes.

You will also generate usage reports, create templates, and collaborate with internal teams. This is a hybrid role with flexibility for home and office days, designed to support career growth and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Public Sector Microsoft specialists with basic customer requests & enquiries.
• Support the specialists with creation of quotes and cost models.
• Work with Public Sector Sales Support & licensing purchasers to ensure adherence to the clean order process for contract orders.
• Run periodic reports to provide customers with visibility of licenses, consumption, and billing.
• Support with the creation of standardised customer facing templates.
