Factory International is hiring an Engagement Project Manager to coordinate participatory and co-curated engagement activities within the Public Engagement team. You will recruit and coordinate participants, artists, and partners to deliver high-standard activities across Greater Manchester.

This role blends programme management with participant support, ensuring inclusive participation and strong progression pathways through Factory International and the wider creative sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering participatory or co-created work from development through delivery and evaluation.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement in managing day-to-day delivery of a complex programme.
• Confident in setting up and delivering workshops with artists and community participants.

Responsabilités

• Work with the Senior Engagement Producer on participatory and engagement activity.
• Coordinate participant recruitment processes and outreach to reach diverse communities.
• Attend project meetings to manage schedules, databases and budgets with senior staff.
• Plan events and activities with welfare provisions (access, refreshments, catering).
• Deliver meetings, workshops, rehearsals and large-scale events.
• Lead participants’ onboarding, including consent and information packs.
• Be the main contact for participants with regular communications and attendance tracking.
• Follow Engagement Policy, Safeguarding, Health & Safety and GDPR for duty of care.
