GMCA is seeking an Involvement Co-ordinator to embed meaningful involvement and co-production across Greater Manchester’s programmes addressing multiple disadvantage. The role focuses on building trusted relationships, facilitating lived experience panels, and supporting people to participate in governance and system change.

You will engage with people with lived experience, provide one-to-one support, and help develop confidence and skills for effective participation in co-production

Qualificações

• A strong understanding of the issues affecting people experiencing multiple disadvantage.
• Knowledge of the values and principles underpinning meaningful involvement and co-production.
• Experience of supporting people facing multiple disadvantage to express their ideas, participate in decision-making and contribute to creating solutions.
• Experience of helping people navigate complex services or support systems.
• Experience of delivering or facilitating workshops, training, events or development sessions.
• The ability to communicate clearly and accessibly, adapting your approach for people from different backgrounds, experiences and sectors.
• A collaborative and relational approach, with the ability to listen, build trust and support dialogue between different people and organisations.
