Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Progression Coach to manage a caseload of participants, delivering coaching, assessments, employability training and ongoing support. You will build strong relationships with local partners and employers while promoting Reed in Partnership services and opportunities.

The role involves delivering workshops, adapting to diverse learning styles and offering in-work support to help participants secure sustainable employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualification.
• GCSE English Language Grade B or Level 2 Literacy.

Responsibilities

• Engage and support participants throughout their journey.
• Build relationships with Jobcentre Plus, employers and community partners.
• Deliver employability workshops and training sessions.
• Provide in-work support to help participants sustain employment.
