Job summary

This placement offers a daily pay rate of £95-£105, regular shifts across Birkenhead, and access to professional development through our training resources. An Enhanced DBS check is required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in primary, early years, or SEN setting.
• Enhanced DBS check registered on Update Service.
• Empathetic, patient with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Targeted classroom support during literacy, phonics and maths lessons.
• SEN and inclusion strategies with visual aids for children needing extra support.
• Collaborate with the primary teacher to maintain an organized, safe classroom climate.
• Promote positive behaviour, social interaction and self-confidence across activities.
