Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated support professional to work with secondary students aged 11-16, providing one-on-one and group assistance. You will collaborate with teachers to keep lessons running smoothly and engage learners through patient encouragement and clear communication.

The role offers flexibility with full-time or term-time options, and a focus on developing learning materials while adapting activities to diverse needs. DBS check is required or willingness to obtain one.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for working with young people aged 11‑16.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Patient, flexible, and positive attitude.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
