Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school, early years, or SEN setting.
• Patient, empathetic approach with strong communication and resilience.
• Willingness to updates and professional training via Academics.

Responsibilities

• Targeted Classroom Support: assist pupils and small groups during literacy, phonics and maths lessons.
• SEN & Inclusion: implement tailored strategies and visual aids for learners needing extra support.
• Classroom Management: collaborate with the teacher to maintain a safe, organized learning environment.
• Social & Emotional Wellbeing: promote positive behaviour and confidence across activities in Birkenhead.
