Weston College is seeking a Personal Development Tutor (term-time only) to inspire and guide students in developing skills, confidence and employability. You will use the STEPS framework to help learners progress to university, apprenticeships or work, and support their personal growth on a flexible 22.2 hour per week, 39 weeks per year schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people or adults in an education or support setting.
• Awareness of issues shaping learners’ lives and work today.
• Understand the challenges young people face as they progress through education and into work.
• Are organised, motivated, and able to engage and inspire others.

Responsabilités

• Deliver group tutorials and sessions on topics such as digital wellbeing.
• Help learners secure work placements and progression opportunities.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to develop life skills and knowledge.
• Be a trusted guide supporting learners on next steps.
