Activate Learning is seeking a committed Teacher of Personal Development at City of Oxford College to deliver a structured, engaging curriculum and assess learner progress. You will work within a supportive team, maintaining high standards and safeguarding responsibilities to ensure learners reach their potential.

The role is permanent, full-time, based on the Oxford campus with a clear focus on student progress, inclusion and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to plan, deliver and assess a Personal Development curriculum.
• Experience in monitoring learner progress and support needs.
• Ability to work within curriculum teams and QA processes.
• Commitment to safeguarding and professional practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess an engaging Personal Development curriculum in line with quality standards.
• Monitor learner progress, attendance and development with timely interventions.
• Work as part of faculty teams, aligning delivery with planning and QA processes.
