East Staffordshire Family Support Service is seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across all services, ensuring high-quality delivery, governance, and financial sustainability.

You will work closely with the CEO and Trustee Board, drive service improvement, fundraising, and partnerships, and represent Harvey Girls and related programs across East Staffordshire.

Qualifications

• Operational leadership and people management experience.
• Passion for improving outcomes for children, young people and families.
• Experience of safeguarding, governance, compliance and risk management.
• Strong financial, organisational, and project management skills.
• Successful track record in fundraising, grants, or income generation.
• Excellent communication, partnership-building and report-writing skills.
• Ability to analyse data and drive service improvement.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Producing reports for Trustees, funders and stakeholders
• Overseeing marketing, website and social media activity
• Maintaining a visible presence within services and local communities
