Job summary

Parkingeye is seeking an Operations Analyst to strengthen our continuous improvement culture within the operations team and wider business. You will process KPIs regularly and critically analyse data to provide management information, identifying opportunities to improve performance and reverse negative trends.

Qualifications

• Aptitude to learn new skills.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills.
• Strong IT and English language skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and supporting applications.

Responsibilities

• Generate and report KPIs including site uptime, right first time installations and maintenance.
• Coordinate the PICR process to ensure PICRs are processed quickly.
• Ad hoc analysis of issues and improvement opportunities.
• Provide timely feedback to many areas of the business so issues are promptly dealt with.
• Development of new KPIs.
