Job summary

Aimeewillow seeks a Continuous Process and Service Improvement Analyst to embed Operational Excellence across the central operations hub. You will coach and facilitate teams, drive structured problem solving, and use data to identify improvement opportunities in service delivery and performance.

You will work with Hub Managers and Team Leaders to standardise ways of working, optimise operations, and implement change initiatives across the hub in alignment with governance and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proactive in identifying and driving improvements.
• Numerate with analytical ability for performance data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Embed Operational Excellence and standard ways of working across the hub.
• Drive daily management routines and structured performance discussions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, automate and improve service delivery.
• Coach Hub Managers, Team Leaders and teams in problem solving and CI techniques.
• Support readiness for changes and transition programmes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align improvement activities with governance.
