Aviva is seeking a Performance Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that shape how a leading roadside assistance business performs. You’ll analyse operations, identify opportunities, and present clear recommendations to support decisions across teams.

You will deliver accurate reporting and performance analysis to enable effective planning and continuous improvement, collaborating with leaders to drive better service and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and insight from data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience producing reports and performance analyses.
• Ability to explain complex data in a simple, clear way for different audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Experience using reporting or data visualisation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
