Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a six-month fixed-term contract in Bromsgrove. The role focuses on hands-on management accounting across multiple entities, producing timely management accounts and supporting the finance function.

You will own the monthly management accounts process, assist with consolidation, provide analyses and commentary, and work with stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification or qualified by experience.
• Experience producing management accounts across multiple entities.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to work to deadlines and deliver accurate reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple entities.
• Assist with consolidation and group reporting.
• Produce financial reports, analyses and commentary to support decision making.
• Investigate variances and explain performance.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial records integrity.
• Monitor balance sheet movements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist with audit preparation and statutory reporting.

Education

ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification (or qualified by experience)
