Job summary

Pertemps Bond, recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation, is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join the finance team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This part-time role offers 15-20 hours per week with flexible working patterns and is based in Bromsgrove.

The successful candidate will own the management accounts process across multiple entities, deliver accurate reporting within deadlines, and provide financial analysis to support decision-making in a busy finance

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience producing management accounts in a commercial or group environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly management accounts for multiple entities.
• Supporting consolidated reporting and group financial reporting requirements.
• Producing financial analysis, reports and commentary to support decision-making.
• Investigating variances and identifying key trends and insights.
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of records.
• Monitoring balance sheet movements and highlighting issues.
• Liaising with stakeholders to provide financial support and information.
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
