Job summary

Aspire People in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Kings Heath. You will work closely with the class teacher to support learning, behaviour and pupil development.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent, have experience in a primary school, and demonstrate strong communication, classroom management and a nurturing, patient approach.

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Have previous experience working in a primary school.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
