Houstone School is seeking an experienced Learning Mentor - Pastoral and Behaviour Specialist to support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Responsibilities

• To provide one-to-one or group support to pupils with Social, Emotional or Mental Health Needs.
• Provide on-call support to respond to behavioural incidents and pupil welfare concerns during school hours.
• Oversee and administer behaviour systems within school (e.g. daily corrections and behaviour points).
• Oversee and implement behaviour intervention programmes in line with Houstone’s ethos.
