Job summary

You will work alongside staff delivering education, care and health services, assess learning needs, develop practical training content and run inductions, workshops and compliance activities across regulated

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training, workshops or learning programmes.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems and digital learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging mandatory, refresher and developmental learning across St Elizabeth's.
• Facilitate face-to-face and blended learning for colleagues in a wide variety of roles.
• Work with managers to understand learning needs and turn them into practical solutions.
• Support learning compliance across regulated services (e.g., CQC, Ofsted, HSE).
