Job summary

St Elizabeth's College in Much Hadham, Hertfordshire, is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Advisor for an initial six-month period. The role is on-site with options for full-time, part-time or consultancy arrangements.

You will design and deliver training, support learning compliance, and work with managers to identify needs and create practical learning solutions across education and care services.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training, workshops or learning programmes.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems and digital learning tools.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience within health, social care, education or another regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging mandatory, refresher and developmental learning across St Elizabeth's.
• Facilitate face-to-face and blended learning for colleagues in a wide variety of roles.
• Deliver areas such as Safeguarding, First Aid, Manual Handling and Health & Safety, where appropriately qualified.
• Work directly with managers and teams to understand learning needs and turn them into practical solutions.
• Support learning compliance across our regulated services, including CQC, Ofsted and HSE requirements.
• Help develop learning resources, systems and training records.
• Evaluate what's working, challenge what isn't and bring forward new ideas.
• Play an active part in building a culture where learning, development and continuous improvement are part of everyday life.
