Job summary

Shaw Trust invites applications for a role supporting interns through Prospects Supported Internships, helping them progress in work placements and transition to paid employment. The role includes training and support for business partners and families to ensure successful workplace placements and to identify job opportunities within and outside host employers.

The position is based in Hackney with access to a range of development opportunities and flexible working arrangements where possible.

Responsibilities

• To support interns on Prospects Supported Internships to progress in their work placements and make successful transitions into paid employment.
• To provide training and support for business partners and families, to ensure success during the workplace placements and to seek out job opportunities both within and outside of the host employers.
