Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking a compassionate Care & Support Worker for Green Meadows to help residents across our supported housing schemes, extra care services and community visits. This 35-hour-per-week role supports adults with diverse needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and older people, always promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.

You will work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and may undertake sleep-in duties or be on an on‑call rota.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (incl Maths and English)

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and support in line with individual care plans.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Work across supported housing schemes, extra care services and in the community.
• Be flexible to evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and on-call rotas.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain accurate records.
