Nacro is seeking an Accommodation Advisor to join our team in Stoke on Trent & Staffordshire. You’ll work with clients in the community, assess housing needs, and tailor action plans to help them sustain or find accommodation while providing budgeting advice and liaising with partner agencies.

The role involves regular travel across an allocated area, so a full valid UK driver’s license and access to your own vehicle with business insurance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the criminal justice sector or related fields is desirable.
• Knowledge of homelessness legislation is helpful but training will be provided.
• Able to travel regularly and work in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out initial assessments to understand each person’s housing needs and agree a tailored action plan.
• Provide face-to-face support to individuals and groups to end or sustain tenancies.
