Westmorland and Furness Council is seeking a Homelessness Service Team Leader to join the Thriving Communities division in Penrith. The role focuses on overseeing day-to-day delivery, providing advice and guidance to team members, and working with partners to support individuals at risk of homelessness.

You will lead a team, manage performance, and contribute to service improvements while keeping customers at the heart of our approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading homelessness or housing services teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with homelessness legislation and robust case management.
• Experience working with statutory and non-statutory partners.
