Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Homeless Support Worker to join a Supported Housing Team and deliver high-quality, person-centred support to customers with complex needs. You will manage a caseload, develop individual support and safety plans, and work closely with external agencies to ensure a coordinated service.

This fixed-term role runs until 31 March 2027, part-time 30 hours/week over 4 or 5 days, Monday–Friday, with shift patterns between 8am and 9pm as required by the service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support role working with young people is essential.
• Experience managing customer caseloads, support plans, risk assessments and safeguarding.
• Strong IT and administrative skills, including maintaining records and case management systems.

Responsibilities
