Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in West Drayton, Greater London. Qualifications

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
• GCSEs in English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or above.
• Secondary education to GCSE level or equivalent is essential.
• Experience working with children or young people in educational settings.

Responsabilités

• Deliver planned learning activities and interventions to individuals or groups.
• Assist in planning, preparation, and development of teaching resources and materials.
• Support pupils with special educational needs or disabilities, adapting resources and teaching methods accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers and staff.
• Supervise pupils during lessons, breaks, and activities, promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding.
• Contribute to assessment and evaluation of pupil learning.
• Support classroom management by implementing behaviour policies and routines.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support educational experiences.
• Participate in relevant training and professional development.
