Job summary

Beaucroft Foundation School is seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support pupils with SEND at Wimborne/ Colehill sites. The role runs 8:45am–3:45pm, term-time only, 32.5 hours per week across 39 weeks per year.

The salary ranges from £29,129 to £33,038 pro rata, depending on hours and weeks worked, with paid annual leave and bank holidays. A Disclosure and Barring Service check is required as part of safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience of and confidence in supporting young people with SEND, including complex needs.
• Exemplary communication skills and a flexible approach.
• Ability to meet challenging needs of our young people.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND under the guidance of teaching staff.
• Assist with delivering learning activities and classroom support.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment across Beaucroft sites.
