Job summary

Beaucroft Foundation School and College seeks a proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join its team at Wimborne (College) or Colehill (School). The role runs 8:45am–3:45pm, term-time only (32.5 hours/week, 39 weeks/year). You will support pupils with SEND, including complex needs, and cover planned PPA with colleagues.

You will work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver learning and ensure a high-quality educational experience across Beaucroft’s dual sites.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting young people with SEND, including those with complex needs.
• Ability to work closely with class teachers to support planning and delivery of learning.
• Flexible, with strong communication skills and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and planning with class teachers in their absence.
• Cover planned PPA and assist with delivering learning activities.
• Support Beaucroft pupils with diverse needs across two sites.
