Fedcap Employment in Slough is seeking a dedicated, client-centred advisor to support long-term unemployed individuals into sustainable work as part of the Restart Scheme.

You will manage a caseload, deliver one-to-one coaching, create SMART action plans, and collaborate with external services to overcome barriers. Training is provided; the role is fixed-term with a clear impact on lives.

Qualifikationen

• Background in target-driven roles and/or experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
• Ability to build rapport, understand, and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who are vulnerable with complex needs.
• Experience of working in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate customer records.
• Resilience and a growth mindset, and a real passion for making a difference.

Aufgaben

• Work towards clear targets and KPIs (including quality & compliance SLAs) - with plenty of support along the way
• Manage a caseload of customers, with face-to-face appointments throughout the day, creating SMART action plans and providing job-searching support
• Help build confidence, develop skills and change mindsets
• Collaborate with external services to tackle complex challenges and help overcome barriers
