Job summary

Fedcap UK is recruiting at Crewe for a role delivering tailored, one-to-one support under the Restart Scheme. You will help long-term unemployed individuals overcome barriers, build confidence, and progress toward sustainable work in a target-driven environment.

As part of Fedcap Group, you’ll collaborate with external services, manage a caseload, and maintain accurate records while working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm onsite in Crewe.

Qualifications

• Background in target-driven roles or experience delivering services to meet contractual standards.
• Ability to build rapport and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with complex needs.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles with a focus on quality and records.

Responsibilities

• Work towards clear targets and KPIs with support.
• Manage a caseload with face-to-face appointments and create SMART action plans.
• Provide job-searching support and build confidence and skills.
• Collaborate with external services to overcome barriers.
