Fedcap Employment is recruiting for a purpose-driven role in Banbury, UK, onsite from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Salary starts at £29,291 and rises to £31,161 after successful training and competence demonstration.

The role supports long-term unemployed people to gain sustainable work under the DWP Restart Scheme. You’ll deliver tailored one-to-one support, build confidence, and collaborate with external services to overcome barriers, while meeting targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Background in target-driven roles and delivering services to meet contract and quality standards.
• Ability to build rapport and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with complex needs.
• Experience in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate records.
• Resilience and a growth mindset with a real passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Work towards clear targets and KPIs (including quality & compliance SLAs) - with plenty of support along the way
• Manage a caseload of customers, with face-to-face appointments throughout the day, creating SMART action plans and providing job-searching support
• Help build confidence, develop skills and change mindsets
• Collaborate with external services to tackle complex challenges and help overcome barriers
