Job summary

Fedcap UK is seeking a part-time, 12-month fixed-term role in Macclesfield to support long-term unemployed people back into work under the DWP Restart Scheme. You will deliver one-to-one coaching, signposting and tailored job-search support in a client-facing, goal-driven environment.

The role requires a target-driven mindset, strong interpersonal skills and experience in fast-paced, client-facing settings. Training will be provided with progression to higher targets and salary uplift.

Qualifications

• Target-driven background or experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
• Ability to build rapport and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in fast-paced customer-facing roles and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Work towards clear targets and KPIs with support.
• Manage a caseload with face-to-face appointments and create SMART action plans.
• Provide job-searching support and help develop confidence and skills.
• Collaborate with external services to tackle barriers for clients.
