BCP Council is recruiting two Education, Health and Care Co-ordinators in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. This fixed-term role spans 18 months, with 37 hours per week and a starting salary of £40,444 (pro rata where applicable).

You will manage a caseload of SEND children, oversee EHC assessments, and work closely with families, schools, health and social care partners to coordinate a joined-up process. The role emphasizes giving children a strong voice in planning and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children, young people and families in sensitive situations.

• Be the named officer for a caseload of SEND children and young people.

• Contribute to placement decisions, funding and transition planning.
