Service Care is hiring an EHC Coordinator on a short-term contract to manage Education, Health and Care plans for children with Special Educational Needs across nationwide settings. You will coordinate assessments, liaise with schools, parents and professionals, and ensure all documentation meets guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Education, Health, and Care plans (EHC plans) for children with Special Educational Needs.
• Liaise with parents, schools, and external professionals to gather information.
• Ensure timely progress and review of EHC plans, adhering to guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all cases.
• Provide expert advice on Special Educational Needs to relevant parties.
• Support the smooth operation of the EHC process within set deadlines.
