Job summary

Stockport Council is seeking an Early Help Advisor to join the MASSH multi-agency team, handling telephone triage for early help, SEND and emotional wellbeing referrals. You will signpost families to appropriate services and provide guidance to parents and professionals on early help and SEND.

The role requires experience in a multi-agency environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to record information concisely.

• Experience working in a multi-agency environment.
• Experience with early help and SEND assessments.
• Ability to gather information quickly to assess needs and plan actions.
• Skilled at recording information concisely in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
