Job summary

Break Charity is seeking a Relief Diploma Assessor - Level 3 for Residential Children's Homes. Salary £17.15 per hour, with hours as and when required, primarily based at Diamond House and covering Norfolk and Suffolk.

You will support the Assessment Centre Manager in developing and delivering Level 3 Diploma care training, observe learners in their work environments, and help ensure high standards and positive outcomes for young people and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the Assessment Centre Manager in the development and delivery of residential children's care - Level 3 Diploma
• Observe and assess candidates in their place of work across Norfolk and Suffolk
• Ensure activities are focused on maximising outcomes for young people and the workforce
• Maintain quality assurance by reviewing, monitoring, and signing off completed work for consistency and standards
• Contribute to the design and delivery of training through workshops and learning events, both virtual and face-to-face
• Ensure learners understand the required standards to achieve their qualification
• Support managing data and produce KPIs to support continuous improvement and informed decisions
