Freedom from Torture in London is seeking an experienced programme and project manager to lead their change programme. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, reporting, and risk management across multiple projects, coordinating with staff at all levels.

The role requires proven multi-project delivery, strong change management and analytical skills, and the ability to unite technical and non-technical teams to drive organisational impact and survivor-support outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Provide full programme and project management of the change programme, overseeing end-to-end delivery, governance and reporting frameworks, and tracking risks, decisions and dependencies across projects.
• Demonstrate extensive project management with a track record of delivering multi-project programmes, strong change management and analytical abilities, and the ability to align technical and non-technical teams.
