Job summary

Freedom from Torture in London invites applications for a Digital Transformation Programme Manager to lead an organisation-wide technology and digital change programme. You will translate a multi-year roadmap into a practical delivery plan, ensure on-time delivery and budget alignment, and govern the programme end-to-end across multiple projects.

You will manage governance, reporting, risks, decisions and dependencies, working with staff at all levels to align technical and non-technical teams,

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience delivering multiple projects within a programme.
• Strong change management and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Provide full programme and project management of the organisation's change programme.
• Manage governance and reporting framework; track risks, decisions, and dependencies across projects.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
