Capability Scotland is recruiting Community Living Assistants (Support Workers) to help adults with disabilities live independently across Renfrewshire and Glasgow. Roles include 20–37 hours per week with rotating shifts (evenings, weekends, nights) and locations Renfrewshire or Glasgow; interview confirms exact sites.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting adults in care, support or community settings.
• Full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and nights.
• Own vehicle is essential for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Support medication routines.
• Assist with meal preparation and daily living tasks.
• Help people maintain their homes and tenancies.
• Support communication and independence.
• Accompany to appointments, education, shopping and social activities.
• Encourage hobbies and community participation.
• Provide one-to-one or two-to-one support as needed.
