Qualifications

• Solid contentious construction experience within a recognised team.
• Experience of adjudication and/or construction litigation.
• Strong drafting and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage a caseload to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client handling.
• Commercial approach and career focus in construction disputes.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction disputes arising from major development and infrastructure projects.
• Represent in adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings.
• Manage contract disputes relating to delay, disruption, defects and payment.
• Handle professional negligence claims involving construction professionals.
• Interpret contracts and disputes arising from standard form and bespoke agreements.
• Support senior lawyers while managing your own caseload.
• Develop strong client relationships and contribute to BD initiatives.
