Qualifications

• Experience with SEN, complex needs, or vulnerable children/des adults is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with complex learning needs
• Support pupils with PMLD and MLD
• Assist with personal care, mobility and daily routines as required
• Adapt and deliver learning activities to individual needs
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and families for holistic development
• Help create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment
