Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Complex Needs Support Assistant for a Bromley SEN school. As a Complex Needs Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils to access learning, develop independence, and achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with complex learning needs
• Supporting children with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) and MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties)
• Assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily routines where required, always ensuring dignity and respect
• Adapting and delivering learning activities to meet individual needs and abilities
• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to support holistic pupil development
• Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environmentWe are looking for individuals who bring more than just experience - we want people who genuinely care about making a difference.

• Experience working with SEN, complex needs, or vulnerable children/adults (desirable, not essential)
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach, even in challenging situations
