Job summary

Together Trust is seeking a Community Support Worker to join the Salford Hub in Ordsall, supporting adults with Autism and learning disabilities. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred support, help develop care plans, and foster positive interactions with service users in a valued community setting. Hours: 35 per week, Mon-Fri.

Starting salary £24,481.33 per year, pro-rated from £26,230 FT. Drivers preferred; full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting adults with Autism Spectrum Conditions and learning difficulties.
• Ability to work in community-based projects and activities.
• Experience in engaging with families and carers where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support that meets individuals’ physical, health, emotional and social needs.
• Assist in developing and maintaining support plans.
• Develop positive and engaging interactions with service users.
