Job summary

The Together Trust in Salford is hiring a Community Support Worker to assist adults with Autism and learning disabilities at our Ordsall hub. You will deliver person-centred support, help develop and monitor support plans, and promote meaningful daily activities in a community setting.

The role involves 35 hours a week over Monday to Friday, with a starting salary of £24,481.33 per year and biennial increments. Full UK driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Autism Spectrum Conditions and learning difficulties.
• Experience working in community projects/activities for individuals.
• Ability to engage with families and carers.
• Understanding of rights and needs of service users.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with disabilities.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individual support plans.
• Foster positive and engaging interactions with service users.
