Salary: £25,642 pro rata + Benefits
Location: Covering various locations across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, East Midlands
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Various hours throughout the week, Monday to Sunday
Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Community Support Worker to join a dedicated community care team supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities & Autism across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. You will work proactively and creatively within local communities, supporting people with Learning Disabilities and Autism to access opportunities, develop life skills, build confidence and achieve greater independence. The successful Community Support Worker will provide person-centred support, promote wellbeing, encourage social inclusion and help individuals become active citizens whilst maintaining high standards of safeguarding, care planning and support delivery.
