The Together Trust is recruiting Community Support Workers to join our Salford Hub day service in Ordsall, Salford, supporting adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities.

You will provide person-centred support addressing physical, health, emotional and social needs, help develop and maintain support plans, and foster engaging interactions within the local community. 35 hour week with a permanent contract and a salary of £24,481.33 per year with progression.

Formación

• Experience with adults with autism or learning disabilities.
• Ability to maintain person-centred approaches and safeguard welfare.
• Full clean driving licence preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with disabilities.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individual support plans.
• Foster engaging interactions and promote independence within the community.
